Miracle-Gro Organic all-natural mulch is locally made with dye-free, sustainable wood (recycled green waste inputs, including diverted scrap wood from lumber processes) for prevention of weeds (a 3 in layer naturally prevents weeds by blocking growth and access to sunlight). This mulch is safe to use around kids and pets (when used as directed, this product never uses construction debris or pallet wood which may contain nails or harmful chemicals) and can be used around edible garden and waterways (this product does not contain dye that could run off into water or splash onto plants).
